The “Castle Vaults” Restaurant offers a
unique dining experience and a chance
to listen to traditional Irish music in a
relaxed and comfortable setting.
Dining beneath the vaulted ceiling of
an original 19th Century wine cellar,
the subtle lighting and original stone
walls give a warm ambiance which is
enhanced by the excellent service and food. Using only the best ingredients
from local farms and harbours, the chef specialises in modern traditional
Irish and European fare. They also offer a delicious selection of homemade
Pizza. Live traditionalI Irish music begins each evening at 9pm, so why not
book a table and enjoy some of Irelands favourite ballads and tunes over a
few post dinner drinks. Dinner is served from 5-10pm.
For early birds, there is excellent Pre-theatre menu served between 5-7pm
daily (2 courses €20, 3 courses €25) and a children’s menu.
