Ha’penny Gin School at Pearse Lyons Distillery
is Dublin’s ultimate Gin Experience. The gin
school, located on the grounds of Pearse
Lyons Distillery, is housed in newly restored
early 20 Century townhouses in the heart of
Dublin’s historic Liberties.
Bearing the name of the iconic Ha’Penny
Bridge, Ha’Penny Gin School brings people
together for the ultimate Gin Experience,
where they will distil their own unique gin.
During this two-hour gin experience, guests
will don their aprons before entering the gin
school where they are surrounded by scores
of botanicals. Our in-house experts will guide
guests through the history of gin.
They will also enjoy a sensory experience while choosing their botanicals before
putting their miniature copper pot-still to work. While the mini pot stills are
bubbling away, local seasonal bites will be served and paired with our signature
Ha’Penny Gin and Tonic.
