site, or book into a 3-hour Gin School distilling
class. Distilling, bottling and labelling your own
creation to take home! With Innovation at our
core see how we distil many unique spirits such as
colour changing Gin ‘Iridescence’ or Alcohol-free
Gin ‘Ginocent’ created by our 16-year-old daughter
Hana. Whether you come along for a tasting & tour, dinner and drinks or distil your

founded in 2016 and has soared to
new heights each year ever since.
With a premium gin crowned “Best
Gin in Europe”, Listoke 1777 has sales
around the world. As good as the gin
is, the Gin School is even more exciting!
Join us an hour north of Dublin for
the experience of a lifetime. You will
arrive to a warm reception along with a gin and tonic. After a tour of our state-ofthe-
art distillery, we will bring you back to the Gin School to guide you through
50+ botanicals for you to choose from. We will help you distill a bespoke bottle
of gin at your individual still. After G&Ts and great craic, you will be sent on your
way with a bottle of gin and some amazing memories! Pre-booking essential!
