Ballykilcavan Farm, in the heart of Ireland,
has been the home of the Walsh family for
13 generations since 1639. We have just
opened a small craft brewery in a 230 year
old stone farm building, and are brewing
small batch, hand-made craft beers. We
grow all our own barley on the farm and
our water comes from a well in the 18th
century farmyard just behind the brewery.
We have also established a small hop
garden near the brewery. Join us for a fully
guided tour to experience the history of the family and farm and see all around our
new brewery. You’ll get to smell the hops, taste the diff erent malts we make from our
barley and then sample our range of multi-award winning beers.
