Dublinia is located at the crossroads of the medieval
city at Christchurch, where modern and old Dublin
meet. Dublinia is history brought to life through
four exciting exhibitions in an exciting way for all to
engage, learn and share. Visit Viking and Medieval
Dublin where you will see a Viking house and street
and also the medieval fair. Death, disease, crime and
punishment of medieval times are also investigated
as the exhibition envelopes you with the sight and
sounds and smells of the era. Unearth the city’s
past at the interactive History Hunters exhibition, visit an excavation site, gaze at a
medieval skeleton and inspect medieval bugs under the Lab microscope. Visitors can
also ascend 96 steps and climb the medieval St Michael’s Tower.
At Dublinia, see Dublin from a new perspective and come away knowing more about
its citizens throughout the ages!
